Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation
Cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before your slot. Cancellations within 4 hours may attract a small visit charge if the team has already been dispatched.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule once at no cost by calling us at least 4 hours before the slot.
Refunds
Prepaid bookings cancelled within the free window are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Service issues
If you are not satisfied with the result, tell us within 24 hours and we will redo the affected part of the service at no extra cost.
Subscriptions
Unused subscription visits can be refunded on a pro-rata basis after deducting the value of visits already used at standard package rates.
