Bookings
A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking ID. Please make the vehicle or area accessible at the selected time slot.
Pricing
Prices shown are for the listed vehicle category and package. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, heavy stains or oversized vehicles; these will be confirmed with you before work begins.
Service delivery
Timings are indicative and may shift due to traffic or weather. We will inform you of any delay.
Liability
Please remove valuables before service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose fittings or items left in the vehicle.
Subscriptions
Subscription visits are valid within the stated period and are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
